Eleven Handcrafted Cheeses
Each one of our cheeses are shaped, ashed, marinated and aged by hand.
Goat Milk | Fresh, light and full of flavour. This soft goats cheese is perfect for use in salads, on sourdough toast with poached eggs or simply as a spread.
Goat Milk | This goat feta is slowly set to enable the full flavour of the milk to come through without being overly 'gamey'. Marinated in local pure olive oil.
Goat Milk | This lactic set goats cheese is light and fresh in flavour with an almost fluffy interior. Featuring a native bush herb coating and prominent notes of lemon myrtle.
Goat Milk | A hand-shaped, ashed, wrinkly rinded soft goats cheese. This cheese is fresh and light when young, becoming soft, oozy and robust as it ages.
Goat Milk | Lightly pressed and featuring a line of vine ash through its centre. This cheese begins mild and chalky, becoming softer and much stronger over time.
Goat Milk | This semi hard goats milk cheese is soaked in local pinot noir for one week, giving this cheese a beautiful burgundy coloured rind. A mild flavoured cheese with subtle notes of pinot noir.
Goat Milk | Silky and soft with a lemon acidity. This fresh goats cheese is mild and versatile.
Cow Milk | A wonderfully rich and creamy jersey cow milk brie. This cheese has a light bloomy rind and rich golden centre
Cow Milk | Beach Box washed with tipples produced on the Mornington Peninsula.
Gin (Bass & Flinders), Rum (Jimmy Rum), IPA (Jetty Rd).
Buffalo Milk | Buffalo milk set like a feta, aged like a brie. Ashed, soft, wrinkly and complex in flavour
Mixed Milk | A delicious haloumi-like cheese made from a blend of cow and buffalo milk. Perfect for frying.
